Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer flat rate shipping to the United States (excluded Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific) based on weight and destination of the order as information below.

Some of our products are over the limit of weight by box to be ship by FedEx Ground, so these items need to be sent by freight  with lift gate service. Therefore they have  a different rate:

up to 100 lbs  USD 250.00

up to 300 lbs  USD 320.00

up to 450 lbs  USD 420.00

up to 600 lbs  USD 520.00

up to 800 lbs  USD 650.00

Our orders are shipped by FedEx Ground and the transit time are 1-7 business days based on distance of the destination.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4800 Lyons Technology Pkwy, Suite 1, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM to 5PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping on the e-commerce, but you can send an email to info@zafill.com with your request and we will send an estimate.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@scheerusa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes due to limitation of carriers.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Click here to know more about our return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@scheerusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
