Thank you for choosing Zafill! We aim to provide you with quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
1.1 Unused Items
The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.2 Time Frame
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@zafill.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to refund. Our team will guide you through the refund process.
3. Return Shipping
3.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3.2 Packaging
Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4.3 Exclusions
Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods and sale items are considered final sale.
5. True Refrigeration Products Return Police
5.1. Received written approval from True prior to return with RMA #. Approved RMA’s are valid for 30 days.
5.2. An inspection by a True representative may be required. If the True representative identifies damage at time of inspection, these damages may be subject to a deduction on the return credit memo.
5.3. Returned goods cannot have been used and must be in new condition void of any damage (dents, scratches, etc.).
5.4. Returned goods must be in the original packaging.
5.5. Returned goods never uncrated are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
5.6. Returned goods that have been uncrated but are in new condition and have never been used are subject to a 45% restocking fee.
5.7. Returned goods for the following model categories will incur a 50% restocking for:
a. Spec Series models with special door configurations not in the Price List
b. TBR/TDR models with non-standard door configurations (units that are not all solid or all glass doors)
c. GDM models with stainless exterior/stainless interior.
d. Custom color or hardware option on any model category.
5.8. Prepaid returned freight applies.
5. 9. Photos of the unit are required in order to approve an RMA.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@zafill.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
