Ingredients
01 Yellow pepper yields 4 portions; 02 slices of bacon in strips for 1 pepper; 04 slices of provolone cheese for 1 pepper; Fine salt;
Directions
Yellow pepper: cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and place it open down on the grill, add a little fine salt and let the grill mark on the pepper.
After the grill mark, turn the bell pepper over and place two slices of provolone cheese - inside the bell pepper shell. At that moment place the pepper on the top of the grill.
After preparing the pepper start to bake the bacon in strips. Once the bacon is crispy place it next to the provolone cheese.
Ready, now, just wait for the pepper to bake on the bottom and place the bacon on top of the pepper with provolone cheese, and it's ready to serve.
